For over two decades, I've sat across from parents in the exam room and answered the same question, asked a hundred different ways: “What is actually in this, and can I trust it?” It's the right question. It's the question I ask myself every time I formulate a DocVites product.
I built DocVites on a simple promise: every ingredient on this page earned its place. Nothing is here to pad a label or cut a cost. Nothing is hidden behind a proprietary blend name. If you want to know what's in the bottle — and why — this page is for you.

We pursue USDA Certified Organic status wherever the science and the certification standards allow it, because it reflects a stricter, third-party-verified standard for sourcing — not just a marketing label.
Why We Choose Specific Forms, Not Just Ingredient Names
A vitamin or mineral is more than its name — the specific form matters. Where the evidence supports it, we choose methylated, chelated, or otherwise more bioavailable forms (like Methylcobalamin over cyanocobalamin, or Ferrochel™ over conventional iron salts), even when they cost more, because they are gentler and more usable by a child's body.
Why Some Things Are Never Inside
Every DocVites formula is built around what we leave out as much as what we put in — no artificial colors or dyes, no artificial flavors, no synthetic preservatives, and no high-fructose corn syrup, across the entire product line. Where a formula is unflavored or contains only a small number of ingredients, we say so plainly, because simplicity is a feature, not an accident.
