1. Where We Ship
We currently ship to addresses within the United States only.
2. Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). Orders placed after 12 p.m. ET or on weekends will begin processing the next business day.
If an item is out of stock or delayed, we will notify you by email before shipment.
3. Shipping Rates and Delivery
- Standard Shipping: $5.99 per order. Delivers in 3–7 business days after processing.
- Free Standard Shipping: on orders of $45 or more.
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to weather, carrier delays, or peak seasons.
4. Shipping Confirmation & Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with tracking details. You can also view your order and tracking information by logging into your DocVites account.
5. Incorrect Addresses or Delivery Issues
Please verify your shipping address carefully. If the address provided is incomplete or incorrect and the order is returned, we will contact you to arrange reshipment (additional shipping fees may apply).
If tracking shows delivered but you did not receive your package, contact us within 7 days of the delivery date so we can assist with a carrier trace.
6. Lost or Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged or is missing items, please contact us within 7 days of receipt. Include your order number and photos (if applicable). We'll replace or refund as appropriate.
