Dr. Naheed Ali, MD, PhD, ScD - Physician, Author, and Medical Writer, with nearly two decades of experience in health and wellness communication. A graduate of Xavier University School of Medicine with advanced degrees from Harvard and Yale, he has published over a dozen medical books and 100+ articles for major outlets like About.com (now Verywell). A former adjunct professor with 2,000+ hours of teaching experience, Dr. Ali now leads Healthcare Propulsion, blending his medical expertise with a passion for clear, evidence-based health writing.

Holding advanced certifications including MTR, CBSM, and FAASM, she is dedicated to ensuring that families receive transparent, evidence-based, and science-backed nutritional recommendations that prioritize long-term safety and ingredient integrity.
