Subscription Cancellation Policy

1. Canceling your subscription

You may cancel your DocVites subscription at any time before your next subscription order is processed.

2. How to cancel

• Use the Manage Subscription link in your customer account.
• Email hello@docvites.com to request cancellation.

3. Information to include

Please include the email address associated with your subscription and, if available, your order number.

4. When cancellation takes effect

Cancellation prevents future subscription renewals.

5. Orders already processed or shipped

Cancellation does not automatically cancel, refund, or recall an order that has already been processed or shipped. Orders already processed remain subject to the DocVites Return and Refund Policy.
