Subscription Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your DocVites subscription at any time before your next subscription order is processed.

You can manage or cancel your subscription through the Manage Subscription link in your customer account. You may also request cancellation by emailing hello@docvites.com.

Please include the email address associated with your subscription and, if available, your order number.

Cancellation prevents future subscription renewals. It does not automatically cancel, refund, or recall an order that has already been processed or shipped. Orders already processed remain subject to the DocVites Return and Refund Policy.
